Demo requests
When you request a demo, we use the contact and business-volume information you provide only to arrange and prepare for that conversation. The website emails the request to the MIRA team and does not create a marketing lead record in the product database.
Seller reports
Pilot customers upload only reports they own or are authorized to manage. Original files, normalized records, costs, exports and audit events are private to the authorized workspace.
Security and access
MIRA uses invitation-only access, role-based permissions, tenant isolation and authorized downloads. Never send passwords or marketplace report files through an ordinary contact form or chat.
Questions and deletion requests
Use the support contact included in your invitation for workspace access, export or deletion requests. Demo-request contact details can be removed from the sales mailbox on request.
