Data, support, and pilot terms
This service is an invite-only evaluation of Meesho reconciliation and analytics. It is not a tax filing, accounting, banking, or Meesho-operated service.
Consent and permitted data
Upload reports only for supplier accounts you own or are authorized to manage. By joining the pilot, you authorize the service operator to process those reports solely to provide imports, reconciliation, analytics, exports, support, security, and recovery.
What is stored
The service stores account membership, original Meesho report files, normalized order and settlement records, SKU costs, generated exports, and security/audit events. Files remain private and downloads require an authenticated, authorized workspace session.
Retention and deletion
Active pilot workspaces retain imported history. When access expires, the workspace enters the displayed grace and retention periods. Deletion is scheduled and audited; contact support before the deadline if you need an export or reactivation.
Accuracy and review
Figures depend on the supplied report layouts, dates, SKU costs, and resolved review rows. Review exceptions and compare source totals before relying on a result. Referral and compensation sheets are not imported as separate datasets in this pilot.
Security incidents and support
Report suspected unauthorized access, incorrect tenant data, lost credentials, or deletion requests using the support contact included in your invitation. For a suspected incident, stop uploading new files and include the workspace name and approximate time—never send passwords or report files over ordinary chat.
Availability
The free pilot is best-effort and has no paid availability SLA. Planned maintenance and urgent security work may temporarily interrupt access. Offsite backups are maintained, but sellers should retain their original marketplace exports.
